How it works
Book a pickup online and choose the window that suits you. We collect your bag from your home, office or building concierge, clean everything to your specifications, and deliver it back within 48 hours at the time you requested. You'll get your invoice up front, so there are no surprises when your order comes back.
Everything is cleaned at our facility in Kirkland, a full production plant rather than a drop-off counter. That means your garments are handled in-house from start to finish, nothing is subcontracted out and shipped around the city.
What we clean
Suits, dresses, shirts and everyday laundry, plus the items most cleaners turn away: winter coats and parkas, wedding dresses, area rugs and carpets, curtains, bedding and comforters, leather and suede, and shoes. If you're unsure whether we handle something, ask — the answer is usually yes.
